Steps to enable Google’s Digital Wellbeing :
1) Install latest wellbeing apk from HERE
2) Install this app and add a shortcut to Digital Wellbeing on your homescreen.
First thing’s done, now let’s get to the permissions part.
Search for Digital wellbeing or wellbeing in apps and ensure all permissions are granted.
1) open settings
2) search for usage access
3) allow wellbeing access
